As a Cavinona Wine Club member we collect the personal information provided such as your name, address and email address. By visiting our website we also automatically receive your IP address which helps us learn about your browser and operating system.

With your permission, we send you emails about our membership, exclusive offers, events, events and product updates. You will always have the ability to unsubscribe from any of these communications at any time.

When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction or membership registration, verify your credit card, place an order or arrange for a delivery, you consent to the collection of information needed to complete the specific request. 

Any request for additional personal information for any other reason, such as marketing, we will request consent, or provide you with an opportunity to say no. You will always have the ability to unsubscribe from any of these communications at any time.

The Cavinona Wine Club and membership is hosted on Shopify Inc who provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to offer our services to you.

When signing up for membership, Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. 

All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
